Robert and I are still slogging away cutting paths through the undergrowth. One of the kids actually stopped and thanked me and commented that it made a big difference which was really nice to hear.

The wild flowers I planted last year came to nothing so I've read up a little bit more on steps to take in creating a wild flower meadow, the first step being establishing some yellow rattle.

This is a great little plant for killing off grass - now much neglected as a herb.
